Workspace privacy & source terms

Concord Capital operates this private partnership research workspace. It uses YouTube API Services to collect public channel names, descriptions, recent video metadata, public statistics and explicitly listed business contact details. Public availability does not establish consent to email.

Research is processed on the operator’s Mac and stored in Supabase. If cloud quality review is enabled, selected source excerpts and a draft are sent to OpenAI. Email is sent through the configured provider only after human approval and the provider’s recipient requirements are met. The application stores administrator authentication sessions in browser session storage and referral event identifiers for attribution. It does not intentionally collect raw customer names, card details, raw IP addresses, protected audience traits, or private YouTube account data.

Research content is refreshed or redacted on a 29-day schedule. Stable source identifiers and commercial transaction records are retained for deduplication, reconciliation and lawful accounting purposes. Administrators must enable the cloud retention schedule described in the setup guide. Local cached research expires after 25 days when the worker runs; keep the Mac encrypted and review old backups.

For questions, access, correction, deletion or objection requests, contact johnnystone@concordcapital.markets. The operator should promptly process source-data deletion requests and honor applicable retention duties. Deleting research here does not delete anything from YouTube.
